The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance System Compliance Specialist, the Finance System Reporting Lead is responsible for the ownership, stability and integrity of finance systems and system driven reporting across the organisation.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate, timely and reliable financial outputs across management reporting, allocations, forecasting and consolidation. Acting as a key link between Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will support month end and planning cycles while enabling effective decision making through high quality system reporting and insights.
A core element of the role involves close collaboration with offshore Hub teams, Group and Regional FP&A, ensuring accuracy of Hub prepared reports and alignment during ongoing management reporting system transition.
In this role, you will:
- Own and administer core finance systems (SAP ECC/S/4, Central Finance and planning/forecasting tools), ensuring stability, accuracy and strong data governance
- Manage allocation, settlement and close cycle processes (actuals and forecast) to support management reporting and decision making
- Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, IT and offshore Hub teams to resolve system issues, support transitions and ensure high quality reporting outputs
- Deliver monthly management reporting, insights and analysis on revenue, cost and margin performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audit requirements and continuous improvement across finance systems and reporting processes
About You
You are a finance system–focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data and commercial insight. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong technical capability and the confidence to work with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider business.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong experience supporting management reporting, allocations, forecasting and close processes within complex finance systems
- Hands on knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4, Central Finance and planning or forecasting tools (FICO/COPA experience highly regarded)
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment
