The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting, this 12-month maximum term contract provides critical FP&A capability during a high intensity period of change and transformation.
As FP&A Lead, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial insight activities while supporting the establishment of new operating and reporting models. You will operate across a complex, multinational environment, ensuring accurate, timely and decision useful financial performance insights.
In this role, you will:
- Lead delivery of the F26 Budget process, including coordination, consolidation, and performance analysis
- Produce monthly reporting, including tailored performance views across sales volumes, brands, categories, and channels
- Deliver Head Office forecasting and support Group level forecast consolidation
- Support month-end close activities within CFIN, identifying and resolving financial and system issues
- Investigate and resolve reporting and consolidation discrepancies across markets and entities
- Partner with business stakeholders to support financial design and accounting treatment of new initiatives
- Design and operationalise cost allocation methodologies, including TSA, standalone, and head office cost models
- Drive improvement in reporting quality, cost centre discipline, and financial data integrity
- Respond to ad hoc analysis and insights requests from senior leadership and Group Finance
About You
You are a commercially astute FP&A professional with strong analytical capability and a hands-on approach to delivery. You thrive in complex, fast-changing environments and bring a pragmatic mindset to solving financial and operational challenges.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- 8–10 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or group reporting
- Proven delivery of annual budget cycles and rolling forecasts in complex organisations
- Experience in multinational environments with exposure to group reporting and consolidation processes
- Strong understanding of cost allocation frameworks, including TSA and head office structures
- Experience resolving financial, systems, and data issues across multiple entities or markets
- Hands-on expertise with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. CFIN or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights across product, channel and market performance
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and senior stakeholder expectations
