The Opportunity
Reporting to the Source to Pay Manager, the Concur Specialist is responsible for the end to end administration, governance and continuous improvement of the corporate credit card and expense management framework.
This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial controls, policy compliance and an efficient, user focused experience for employees across the business. You will also work closely with offshore service providers, financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support accurate processing, risk mitigation and reporting.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end to end corporate card and expense administration lifecycle, including card issuance, cancellations, reimbursements and policy adherence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and governance frameworks by reviewing transactions and identifying exceptions or discrepancies
- Coordinate with offshore service providers to ensure timely reconciliations, accurate processing and clear escalation of issues
- Produce and review reports and insights to support governance, risk management and decision making
- Act as a subject matter expert for corporate card and expense policies, providing guidance and support to employees
- Liaise with banks, card providers and internal finance teams to resolve card related issues and improve service outcomes
- Monitor card activity for fraud or misuse and implement corrective actions where required
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and policies to improve efficiency, compliance and user experience
About You
You are a detail oriented finance professional with a strong understanding of corporate card programs, expense management and financial controls. You enjoy working in a structured environment while also contributing ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in corporate card administration, accounts payable or finance operations
- Working knowledge of expense management systems (Concur experience is essential) and reconciliation processes
- Understanding of compliance requirements, financial governance and fraud prevention practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with offshore service providers
- Confidence working with financial systems, reporting tools and Excel
- The ability to manage risk, prioritise competing demands and escalate issues appropriately
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Business (desirable)
