Group Strategy is a trusted adviser to Fonterra's senior leadership, partnering on the big strategic questions that will shape the future of the Co-op. We go where the biggest opportunities and challenges are and stay close enough to make sure choices turn into action.

You'll take on complex challenges, frame the problem, bring together diverse teams from across the business, and lead them to a decision leaders can act on. You'll also coach and help develop our analysts, as part of a team where building future leaders is everyone's job.

In return, you'll work on some of the most interesting strategic problems in New Zealand, build a deep understanding of how a global co-operative creates value, and work regularly with senior decision-makers. Many of our people go on to line or senior functional roles across the Co-op.

About You | Mōu

You're an experienced strategy professional from consulting or corporate strategy who knows how to collaborate and bring people with you. Experience outside dairy is valued, as is knowledge of the Co-op.

You will bring:

• Structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis and sound commercial judgement
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make complex things simple
• A track record of leading cross-functional programmes to outcomes
• Credibility and influence at executive and Board level
• Drive, a low ego, a growth mindset and a genuine interest in the Co-op
