About the role


Reporting to the Country Head of Foodservice, the Business Transition Project Manager will lead complex transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new processes, systems, and technologies. Should be strategic thinker, adept in managing multiple stakeholders and driving change initiatives that deliver business value. The role will also be involved in setting up new business entity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plan, ensure timely and within budget delivery of business transition initiatives.
  • New Business Entity Set up (in partnership with SGV): Lead the set-up of new business entity including:
  • Registering new entity and obtaining necessary licenses
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
  • Oversee Artwork Change
  • Establish banking and financial arrangements
  • Setting up accounting and tax systems
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams and vendors
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure business readiness and adoption.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates, reports and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, systems, and technologies
  • Team Management: Lead and Motivate project team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate with regional project teams to ensure alignment and consistency of plan and execution
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the set up and management of facilities for new business entities, ensuring alignment with company standards and requirements

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, business transition, or organisational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record in setting up new business entities and managing end-to-end transition projects.


Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, licensing processes, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in financial setup, including banking arrangements, accounting systems, and tax compliance.
  • Familiarity with artwork change processes and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is a plus).
  • Understanding of solution design and implementation for systems and processes.

  • Regional Coordination: Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment to ensure alignment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with ability to design practical solutions for complex challenges.
