Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
Reporting to our Export Documentation Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of export documentation for our global dairy shipments. You’ll:

  • Process and obtain export government clearances for sales and trade documents
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party authorities to ensure compliance with international codes, country requirements, and Fonterra  policies
  • Engage with customers and support strategic e-trade data and automated solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies like Machine Learning
  • Be part of a motivated, collaborative team that values innovation and care    

Mōu | About You
You’re a strong problem solver and a collaborative team member, able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll bring:
  • Experience in export documentation or a combination of export documentation and international supply chain studies
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes with multiple requirements and timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player mindset with a “can do” attitude
  • Knowledge or exposure to international banking and trade finance (an advantage)
Please note this is a fixed term, parental leave cover.
