About the role
Join a dynamic, purpose-driven marketing team at Fonterra Philippines (Anlene, Anmum, and Anchor), where you’ll take ownership of one of our iconic brands and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. This is your chance to drive end-to-end brand management, deliver commercial impact, and help bring dairy goodness to consumers across the region. In addition to this you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of competitive category strategies and brand plans, supporting financial, consumer, and trade objectives
  • Take full P&L accountability for your brand, ensuring delivery of financial KPIs and business growth
  • Co-lead new product development initiatives to profitably grow the category
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand demand and deliver impactful marketing campaigns
  • Analyze brand performance, generate insights, and contribute to both annual and three-year brand planning

About You
You’re a passionate brand builder with a strong commercial mindset, ready to step up and make a real impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bringing creativity, analytical rigor, and a drive for results. In addition to this you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing - ideally in FMCG, consumer health, or baby-related categories
  • A proven track record in brand activation, digital communications, and project management
  • Demonstrated business and commercial acumen, especially in P&L management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and assess brand performance
  • A creative, self-starter mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working independently, solving problems, and knowing when to seek support
